We offer shipment of our products from Malaysia using the fast and reliable Express courier service reknowned worldwide either through FedEx or DHL. We might also use Poslaju, our national courier service. Because of our high volume shipment each month, these courier services are able to offer us very good and reasonable shipping rates which can be passed down to and enjoyed by our valued customers. Be assured that we do not mark-up our shipping charges to make extra profits or reduce the shipping charges and compensate that by selling our products at much higher price like some sites do. We believe in having long-term relationships with our customers. That's why we always and will continue to strive to provide the lowest prices and best services possible.

1) We make shipment from Monday to Saturday except Sunday and public holidays. All orders will dispatch within 24 - 72 Hrs after payment is received. Express Courier Service will usually take within 3 to 5 days to arrive for most countries and 3 to 7 days for Southern America, Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe.

2) We can ship to almost any registered address in the world. However, Express shipping does NOT deliver to P.O. Box addresses or Military Base addresses.

3) It is your obligation to provide the correct address details at the time of ordering. Should you provide the wrong address, you will have to bear the re-routing fee and all losses that might occur.

4) In the case if your delivery location is classified as an Extended/Remote Delivery Area by our courier services, there will be additional $25.00 charges. Location of Extended Delivery Area can only be verified manually after an order is received. We will then notify you via email/phone and send an invoice charging you the surcharge. Only after the surcharge is paid that we will ship out your order.

5) After your order has been shipped, we will notify you with email. If you opted for Express shipping, we will provide you the tracking number so that you can conveniently track online the whereabouts of your order. Standard/Regular mail does not have a tracking number.

6) Each Express shipment of these items requires an adult signature upon delivery to your door-front. If there is no one present, the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office/facility to await your collection. A note will be left in your post box informing you the branch and its address.

7) Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges (if any) are SEPARATE from Buy-Feng Shui charges and are made payable to your government. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

The total Express Courier Service shipping charges will be:

TOTAL EXPRESS SHIPPING FEE = Base Fee + Shipping Fee.

For Base Fee, kindly refer to the table below for the respective zone. For example, if the shipping address is in the United States, the base fee would fall under Zone C which is US$5.00.

Express Shipping Fee is US$7.00 per pound (lbs) of items weight. Please refer to the table below for the Shipping fees charged up to 20 lbs. Please note that the weight for the products in lbs is the one that will be used to calculate the Shipping Fee and not the metric gram. When an item comes with a box, the weight with the box will be used.

STANDARD SHIPPING

8) For item(s) with combined weight of less than 0.2 lbs only (especially bracelets, pendants and amulets), we are offering a cheaper shipping option via Standard Shipping at a special rate of US$3.50 flat, regardless of destination. Standard Shipping might take 7 to 21 days to reach you depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post administration. If the item(s) weighs over 0.2 lbs, US$8.00 will be charged for every pound (lbs), on top of the afore-mentioned US$3.50. Hence for items that weigh more than 0.2 lbs, Express Shipping is generally a better and cheaper option.
